Terms & Conditions — 555q Platform

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the 555q platform ("555q", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555q website located at https://555q.cam and all related services, products, features and content offered through it (collectively, the "Platform" or "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created on the Platform that enables access to betting, gaming and cashier functions.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds currently held in your Account, denominated in PKR or another accepted currency as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account subject to specific wagering or rollover requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring you to submit valid identification documents before certain account functions become available.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a qualifying deposit must be staked before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction placed on your Account that prevents you from placing wagers or accessing gambling features for a defined period.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state or region from which access to the Platform is legally prohibited under applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, logos, software, content, graphics, design elements and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to 555q.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 555q Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the Platform. Each person may only maintain one Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of 555q or any associated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform.

04 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You are prohibited from registering using false identities, pseudonyms or another person's personal details without their explicit consent. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available in your account security settings.
• Do not access your Account on shared, public or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised.

05 KYC & Identity Verification

555q is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. We may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement).
• Payment method verification documents where applicable (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement).
• Source of funds documentation for higher-value deposits or withdrawals.

We strongly recommend completing KYC verification promptly after account registration. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed. Any delay in submitting required documents may result in delays to withdrawal processing. 555q reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending successful verification.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 555q Platform are subject to the following terms. Available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timeframes are displayed in the live cashier and may change without prior notice.

Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is supported as a transaction currency, balances and transactions will be displayed in PKR. References to familiar Pakistan payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah are for contextual familiarity only. None of these institutions or services endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions, and 555q makes no such claim. Availability of any payment method is subject to operator and provider conditions at the relevant time.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the live cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must only originate from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• 555q reserves the right to request additional documentation for transactions above defined thresholds.
• Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals (e.g., BTC, USDT) are subject to network confirmation times and applicable conversion rates at the time of processing.
• Processing times for withdrawals are indicative only and are subject to payment provider timelines, KYC status and applicable checks.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other incentive programmes available on the 555q Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions presented at the point of opt-in. The following general principles apply to all bonus offers unless the specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are stated in the relevant offer terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30× or 35×) is stated in the individual offer terms and must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real funds are tracked separately. Real funds are used first unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unutilised bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonus funds — exceeding these limits may result in the bonus being voided.
• Not all game types may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot contributions typically differ from table game contributions. Refer to specific offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address or device.

555q reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so, including suspected abuse. Promotional amounts cited in our marketing materials (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome offers) are illustrative examples and are subject to change. Always verify current offer terms in your account dashboard before opting in.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

Betting and gaming on the 555q Platform is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the Platform and supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the more specific rules shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended or voided by the user after confirmation, except where in-play cash-out functionality is available and selected by the user.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds fluctuate in real time.
• In the event of a technical fault or error resulting in an incorrect price or outcome display, 555q reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and are displayed where applicable. We reserve the right to restrict stake amounts on individual accounts.
• In-play cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20, Test and ODI matches — are subject to market-specific rules available in the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are final once the game round is complete.
• Live dealer game results are recorded and are final as displayed. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game round.

09 Responsible Gambling

555q is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools designed to help you stay in control of your gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 555q Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripting software or artificial intelligence to place bets without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Abusing bonus offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPNs, proxies or similar circumvention tools.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or otherwise attempting to extract source code from Platform software.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, data compilations and other materials displayed on or forming part of the 555q Platform ("Content") are the exclusive property of 555q or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any Content without our express written prior consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555q and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party provider outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligible participation or use of the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Decisions made based on information provided on the Platform that you rely upon at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13 Account Termination & Closure

Either you or 555q may terminate your Account at any time. If you wish to close your Account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Please note the following conditions applicable to Account closure:

• Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to final closure.
• Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
• Real money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the originating payment method following successful KYC verification.
• If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion), please state this clearly so that we can ensure you are excluded from promotional communications.

555q may suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice if you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if applicable legal or regulatory requirements make continued operation of your Account necessary. In such cases, we will provide a written explanation where permitted to do so.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence, details of which are available in the Platform's legal documentation. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

555q reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address associated with your Account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
